REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately our items are handmade and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. In the event a product is damaged it will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email hello@motherwolf.com within 14 days of receiving products if you're needing a refund or exchange so we can determine what can be done.
Local pick up and exchanges are available through case by case basis. As a small shop, we want to fix any problems within our capabilities.
Our TAT (turn around time) is approximately 2-3 weeks from the order date excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to ensure each item is sent out in a timely fashion. If there is an issue with your order you will be notified. In the event we cannot reach you regarding your order for 48 hours the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is at a lowered cost and $50 orders ship for free. All items ship out together, some items take longer to make than others.
