Refund policy

Unfortunately our items are handmade and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. In the event a product is damaged it will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email hello@motherwolf.com within 14 days of receiving products if you're needing a refund or exchange so we can determine what can be done.

Local pick up and exchanges are available through case by case basis. As a small shop, we want to fix any problems within our capabilities.

Our TAT (turn around time) is approximately 2-3 weeks from the order date excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to ensure each item is sent out in a timely fashion. If there is an issue with your order you will be notified. In the event we cannot reach you regarding your order for 48 hours the order will be canceled.

 Our email is hello@motherwolf.com and is the best method to reach us regarding your order. When emailing be sure to include your order number as well as the date of purchase along with any questions you may have regarding your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is at a lowered cost and $50 orders ship for free. All items ship out together, some items take longer to make than others. 

Being a new small business, all shirts are pre-order only and will take 14-18 business days to be made from purchase date. All other items take 7-10 business days to be made from purchase date. Business days are excluding any weekend and Holiday dates.

For free standard shipping orders- After order is finished, shipping takes anywhere from 3/5 business days. Expedited shipping is an option for those who want items 1/2 days when finished.
